We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing timely updates, collecting customer feedback, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels.

- Understand customer concerns and provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions.

- Record and maintain customer interactions in the CRM or company system.

- Follow up with customers until their issues are completely resolved.

- Collect customer feedback regarding products and services.

- Update customer records, complaint status, and feedback in the system.

- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

- Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer complaints, resolutions, and feedback.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.





- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
