Customer Care Executive (B2B Corporate)

Location: Ghaziabad (NCR)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming B2B enquiries.

Make follow-up calls.

Coordinate with the Sales Team.

Maintain CRM.

Update enquiry status.

Prepare quotations.

Coordinate samples.

Customer follow-up until order closure.

Assist in payment follow-up.

Generate daily reports.

Skills Required

Good spoken English & Hindi.

Pleasant personality.

Excellent telephone etiquette.

Computer knowledge.

Microsoft Office.

CRM experience preferred.

Positive attitude.

Solid follow-up skills.
