This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals.

Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve cohesive and effective software products.

Must Have: 7+ years of hands-on experience design and development using in Java 21, Quarkus, Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JUnit and knowledge relational Databases e.g. Oracle, Sybase, PL/SQL Exposure to Microservices architecture, Azure Cloud, Docker, Serverless Kubernetes with good understanding on pods, containers, services, istio Good experience working with Redis Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating backend with frontend Familiar with Git/GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Bachelor s degree in computer science or engineering, or related field.
