You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet client needs.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Ability to implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
