Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.

Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net Full Stack Development.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.

Familiarity with database management and integration techniques within .Net environments.

Skilled in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
