Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.

Experience with application server environments and deployment processes.

Ability to develop scalable and maintainable enterprise-level applications.

Familiarity with database integration and query optimization techniques.

Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
