Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.

Experience with application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to enterprise content management systems.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
