and user access.< /li> < li> Understanding of how XACT is accessed through XNET.< /li> < /ul> < p> Required Expertise< /p> < ul> < li> Proven experience as a hands-on SME for an enterprise application or platform (XACT experience strongly preferred).< /li> < li> Tech skills: JCL, Spool, JES2, Unix, REXX< /li> < li> Strong understanding of enterprise file processing / output management platforms.< /li> < li> Experience supporting production-critical systems with high availability and reliability expectations.< /li> < li> Ability to work across multiple environments (DEV, UAT, PROD, DR) and support controlled changes and outages.< /li> < li> Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly isolate and explain complex system issues.< /li> < li> Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.< /li> < /ul> < p> Preferred Experience< /p> < ul> < li> Experience supporting application upgrades or major platform modernization efforts.< /li> < li> Familiarity with distributed systems, mainframe integrations, and data/file flow architectures.< /li> < li> Experience working with vendors in an SME or technical lead capacity.< /li> < li> Strong documentation discipline and comfort creating training or operational reference material.< /li> < /ul>
