The Student Contact Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, confirming seminar/event registrations, qualifying leads for counselling, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. This role requires robust communication skills, persistence in follow-ups, and the ability to meet daily calling targets to support the counselling team in converting leads into enrolments.

Responsibilities :

Call prospective students to confirm seminar/event registrations and provide necessary assistance.
Engage with students to assess their interest in studying abroad and qualify leads for counseling.
Maintain accurate and detailed interaction records in the CRM.
Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure updates, responses, and engagement.




Build and maintain a database of prospective students with up-to-date information.
Achieve daily calling targets of 200 250 calls to qualify leads effectively.
Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure smooth lead handovers.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
0 2 years of experience in student engagement, customer service, or tele sales (preferred).
Exposure to the education/study abroad sector will be an added advantage.
