Job Opportunity: ASC(Associate Sales Consultant) - Field Sales at Policybazaar

Role & responsibilities
- On-Field Client Meetings: Visit potential customers directly (at their homes, shops, or offices) to pitch, consult, and sell Policybazaars insurance products.
- Lead Conversion: Meet clients, understand their financial and coverage needs, and recommend the best-suited policy.
- End-to-End Sales: Own the complete customer journeyfrom presenting quotes and answering queries to physical document verification and closing the policy.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily meeting targets and monthly sales quotas.
Preferred candidate profile
- Location: Indore
- Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months of experience in Field Sales OR Freshers with an MBA/PGDM degree are highly welcome!
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate / MBA Graduate
- Salary Package:
3.3 LPA to 4.5 LPA (Fixed CTC based on experience) + Travel Allowances + Unlimited Monthly Incentives
- Gender: Male candidates only (due to intensive field travel)
Mandatory Criteria (Do Not Apply if these are not met)
- Language: Fluency in English and is absolutely MANDATORY (along with English or Hindi).
- Vehicle: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter).
- Documents: A valid Driving License (DL) and active vehicle documents are mandatory.
