Job Title: Junior HR Generalist / HRBP

Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with managers and employees to support day-to-day HR and people-related matters.
- Drive employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate resolution in alignment with company policies.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and organizational initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Analyze employee trends, provide HR insights, and support workforce planning activities.




- Foster a positive work workplace and contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR.
