We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and basic manufacturing/service processes, along with the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective Business Central solutions.

The candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations, enhancements, support, training, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients/stakeholders.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Business Central standard functionalities or suitable workarounds/customizations.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules based on business needs.
- Lead or support the implementation of key functional areas such as: Finance, Sales & Receivables, Purchase & Payables, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Fixed Assets, Jobs/Projects, Service Management.

- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, user stories, and solution design documents.
- Coordinate with technical consultants/developers for customizations, integrations, and reports.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and ensure successful deployment.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.




- Support data migration activities including master data and opening balances.
- Work on reports, workflows, approval processes, and business process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in pre-sales activities such as demos, solution walkthroughs, and effort estimation, if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 48 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of Business Central functional modules.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Positive knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, Sales & Purchase cycle, Inventory and Warehouse processes
- Ability to perform requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, and training.
- Experience in fit-gap workshops and business process mapping.
- Understanding of standard reports, document layouts, approvals, and workflows.
- Familiarity with data migration templates and master data setup.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Business Central cloud implementations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, service management, or projects/jobs modules.
- Understanding of integrations with Power BI, Power Automate, CRM / third-party applications, Excel / Outlook / Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Exposure to LS Central, ISV solutions, or localization packs is an added advantage.
