Role Focus:

- We are looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about transforming data into intelligent insights and predictive solutions.
- In this role, you will work on advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI-driven solutions using the Rubiscape platform to solve real-world business problems.
- You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders to build models that drive data-driven decision-making.

Work Experience:

- 3-6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI
- Proven experience in end-to-end ML lifecycle: problem definition model development deployment monitoring
- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience in building scalable ML/AI systems in production environments
- Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks (CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, retraining)
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, distributed data pipelines, and contemporary data architectures
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong experience in data modeling and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks for deploying ML services
- Hands-on experience with OCR technologies and PDF processing pipelines (structured/unstructured data extraction)
- Experience in Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines)

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End AI/ML Development Design, develop,



and deploy scalable ML/DL models for real-world business problems.
2. Generative AI Solutions Build GenAI solutions using LLMs (RAG, agents, fine-tuning, prompt engineering) and develop AI applications like chatbots and recommendation systems.
3. Data Engineering & Modeling Create data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and handle large-scale structured/unstructured data.
4. OCR & Document Intelligence Develop OCR pipelines and document understanding systems using OCR + NLP/LLMs.
5. API Development & Deployment Deploy AI models as scalable REST APIs (FastAPI) and integrate with applications.
6. MLOps & Productionization Implement CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and ensure scalable, reliable ML systems.

Model Evaluation & Optimization
Optimize models using proper metrics, tuning, and experimentation techniques.

Qualification:

- Master's or bachelors degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a data scientist or related role with 3-6 years of experience, with a strong track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and data science libraries.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of database systems and SQL.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
