Key Responsibilities

- Installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of field instruments such as transmitters, load cells, pressure/temperature/flow sensors, level instruments, actuators, solenoid valves.

- Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.) and SCADA/HMI systems.

- Monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing control loops and automation processes.

- Hands on working experience on Motors, VFDs, Relays and contactors.

- Conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance for Electrical and instrumentation systems.

- Supporting commissioning activities for plant instrumentation and control systems.

- Handling loop checks, I/O testing, instrument configuration, and diagnostics.

Documentation

- Preparation of technical documents: wiring diagrams, SOPs.

Project Execution

- Coordination with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Company Use

- Assisting in material selection, BOQ preparation,



and cost estimation for instrumentation projects.

- Supporting FAT/SAT and system integration activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of field instrumentation and industrial automation.

- Experience with PLC programming/debugging (Siemens, Allen-Bradley preferred).

- Understanding of communication protocols: Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, CAN, Analogue 4–20mA.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control schematics.

- Hands-on experience with calibration tools and software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Positive communication and team collaboration abilities.
