1) Team player with experience in combustion development and powertrain system.

2) Responsible for combustion, performance and emission optimization of diesel engines.

3) Responsible for diesel engine calibration, including base engine calibration, air system calibration, and tailpipe out calibration.

4) Understanding of DOC, DPF and SCR systems.

5) Responsible for exhaust aftertreatment system calibration, including DOC, DPF and SCR.

6) Working knowledge and experience in diesel engine combustion development and optimization, focusing on the trade-offs between performance, fuel economy, and emission levels.

7) Conduct combustion hardware screening to identify and validate the combustion critical components for specific engine platforms.

8) Experience in CRDI engine calibration and type approval to ensure regulatory compliance.

9) Understanding and experience in DSM calibration, including PCD and NCD calibration

Knowledge of turbochargers, FIS system, aftertreatment system, injector thru-flow calculations etc.

11) Oversee the DVPR process for combustion components and ensure the release requirements for combustion proprietary parts

12) Understanding of NPD process.

13) Knowledge of calibration tools like INCA, DcDesk, NIRA etc.

14) Knowledge of data analysis tools like excel, AVL Concerto, AVL Cameo etc.

15) Ability to interpret test data and translate them into actionable calibration maps.
