Role Description

A current job opportunity has opened for a passionate Oracle Cloud SCM functional consultant with proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in understanding business requirements, designing and building high quality, innovative solutions fully compliant with relevant industry standards. Working with a talented team of professionals you will take a leading role and help shape and evolve our Oracle SCM Cloud Practice. Note that these roles require at least two-three implementation experience of Oracle Order Management Cloud modules as a pre-requisite to be shortlisted.

Job Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the champion of system reliability - promptly resolving service requests and troubleshooting core modules like Order Management, GOP, Pricing, and Inventory.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications Order Management, Global Order Promising, Pricing Administration, Inventory Management.
- Implement effective solutions to restore service availability and minimize disruption.
- Raise Service Requests with Oracle Support for any Product issues and liaise with Oracle Support until resolution.
- Collaborate with cross functional and technical leads to design and validate seamless, end-to-end enterprise solutions.
- Assist in planning and executing changes to the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
- Ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and with minimal risk.
- Engage directly with key business SMEs and stakeholders to demonstrate best-practice flows, capture reporting needs, and map out future-ready processes.
- Ability to comprehend existing business processes / practices,



identify / capture additional business / reporting requirements.
- Participate in Solution Design Prototypes, Fit Gap analysis and walk through with User Groups / Process Owners / Business SME for finalization.

Requirements
- Bring your 7+ years of expertise and a proven track record of driving at least two full-cycle Oracle Order Management Cloud implementations to fuel our next phase of growth.
- Showcase your mastery of complex distribution networks, taking ownership of end-to-end flows like Intercompany, Drop-ship, and Back-to-back execution.
- Exposure and knowledge to SC Financial Orchestrations, Procurement, RFSmart, Oracle Costing would be an advantage.
