Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and modern applications using the Java ecosystem, Angular framework, event-driven microservice architecture, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise along with hands-on experience in developing responsive and high-quality front-end applications using Angular. You will be part of an exciting greenfield project team, owning the end-to-end delivery of the solution.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into high-quality technical implementations within desired timelines.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate effectively within feature teams and contribute to technical discussions and solution design.
- Follow clean code practices, SOLID principles, and other software engineering best practices.
- Write automated unit, service, integration, and front-end tests for newly developed features.
- Develop a strong understanding of the functional domain and take ownership of modules/features.
- Mentor junior developers on coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
- Continuously improve technical skills and contribute to product and process enhancements.
- Participate in technical and functional decision-making for the team.

Mandatory Skills:





- 8+ years of experience in implementing Java-based systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (preferably Angular 14+ or newer versions).
- Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and responsive web development.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot.
- 2+ years of experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of clean code practices and software design principles.
- Strong understanding of SOLID and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience in the complete software development lifecycle, including release and production support.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and API testing tools like Postman.
- Strong experience with messaging frameworks such as Kafka, Kinesis, ActiveMQ, etc.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with backend APIs and services.
- Exposure to Docker.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts such as high availability, resiliency, fault tolerance, scalability, and elasticity.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model.

Desired Skills (Not Mandatory):

- Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, ECS, etc.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with state management in Angular (NgRx or similar).
- Experience with contemporary UI/UX principles and component-based architecture.
