Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Instrumentation Engineer to join our Instrumentation team. The Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing instrumentation systems for distillery and evaporator processes. This includes control systems, instrumentation selection, automation, and integration of process equipment to ensure safe, effective, and optimal plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of Hazardous area classification and Selection.
- Co-ordinates project execution activities to ensure that all Instrumentation and Electrical projects are implementation within budget and schedule.
- Monitors projects progress through project co-ordination meetings and other means, against projects schedules and budgets; deploy resources as required to accomplish these goals.
- Responsible for managing a team of multi-disciplined team during construction and commissioning of Instrumentation and Electrical projects, ensuring the site is controlled and managed per the clients standards.
- Monitoring contractors and ensuring the control & Instrumentation design intent is maintained for all systems and associated field Equipments.
- Develops the overall plans, schedule of activities,



budgets resources requirements and controls the projects as per the projects plans.
- Reviews proposals, keep track of projects finance and costing, highlight deviation.
- Reviews and studies the scope of work described by the contract document, project specifications, contract drawing and BOQ.
- Preparing Instrumentation design basis IO list, enquiry spaces, JB schedule, Cable schedule, Cable Tray, Field Instrument.
- Interconnection detailing, Instrument index sheet, IO list.
- Review of Instrumentation and control system drawings submitted by vendor.
- Preparation of Technical order specification of Electrical Motors.
- Preparation of Single Line Diagram for Electrical MCC panel GA drawings.
- Selection of electrical switchgear.
- Preparation of order specification of erection hardware material for electrical & Instrumentation system.
- Preparation of Junction Box wiring drawings.
- Preparation of I/O list & instrument index.
- Knowledge of loop wiring drawings.

Roles and Responsibilities

- DCS of Instruments as per Specification
- Preparation of Instrument cable schedule hook up drawings, site caballing BOQ
- Details knowledge of Instruments, Vibration, monitoring systems, PLC Systems, SCADA,
- Reviewing all the technical data sheets received from vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- 5 to 7 years Experience with Distillery, Evaporator and Dryer.

Note: This role requires candidates with prior experience in distillery or evaporator erection projects, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
