Youll be the architect of FlytBases talent magnetism and the guardian of our cultural DNA. This isnt typical recruitment role, youll own the entire talent ecosystem from community building and employer branding to cultural assessment and hire decisions. Youll be responsible for ensuring every person who joins FlytBase elevates our capabilities and strengthens our culture.

This is a high-ownership role where your decisions compound across the entire organization. Youll build systematic approaches to attract exceptional talent in the Physical AI space, design assessment processes that identify cultural alignment, and create content that showcases what makes FlytBase different. Youll work directly with our founder and leadership team to maintain the standards that have made us a magnet for world-class talent.
