Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master s preferred but not mandatory)

Requirements:

- Lead and mentor the DevOps team by providing technical guidance, enforcing best practices, and driving engineering excellence.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable, scalable, and automated application deployments.
- Build and manage secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to streamline build, release, deployment, and operational workflows.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure infrastructure reliability, system uptime, and operational visibility.
- Enforce security best practices across infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and cloud environments through DevSecOps principles.
- Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, resource utilization, and cloud cost efficiency.




- Manage and support containerization and orchestration platforms including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives for production systems.
- Define, standardize, and maintain DevOps governance, operational processes, and technical documentation.
- Support high-availability environments and ensure adherence to SLA/SLO commitments.
- Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure provisioning, testing, deployment, and operational tasks.
- Stay updated with emerging DevOps technologies, cloud-native architectures, and industry best practices.
- Robust leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise collaboration tools.
