Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams.

- Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of product development and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps.
- Ensure best practices in microservices architecture, API design, and system scalability.
- Oversee performance optimization, system reliability, and observability.
- Contribute hands-on to critical technical decisions and problem-solving.
- Build and scale large SaaS platforms handling high traffic and data volumes.

Technical Skills

- Backend & Frontend: Java, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
- DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, AWS, GCP
- Distributed Systems: Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ

Core Expertise





- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture & API Design
- Experience delivering high-scale, high-performance production systems
- Expertise in distributed systems and performance tuning
- Strong knowledge of scalability, reliability, and observability

Leadership & Experience

- Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams
- Hands-on experience in architecture, solutioning, and system design
- Experience building and scaling large SaaS platforms
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Background in B2B product companies
- Candidates from product-based organizations preferred over services firms
