Role Purpose -

We are looking for an experienced R2R professional to support accounting, financial reporting, and period-close activities for Indian legal entities. The role involves preparation of financial statements, accounting operations, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory reporting, and audit support while ensuring compliance with IFRS, IND-AS, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities -

- Perform accounting and reporting activities across R2R processes.
- Post and review manual journal entries.
- Manage Fixed Asset, Intercompany, Treasury, and General Ledger accounting.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support statutory and group financial reporting.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements.
- Support statutory, internal, tax, cost, and group audits.
- Review P&L; and Balance Sheet accounts.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, IND-AS,



and local statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience -

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter qualified preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in R2R / Financial Accounting.
- Robust knowledge of IFRS and IND-AS.
- Experience in General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience handling month-end and year-end close.
- Exposure to Statutory Audits and Financial Statements.
- Working knowledge of SAP, HFM, or equivalent ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
