Job Description / Responsibilities

- 1) Review checking of drawings, BOM s Design Calculations.
- 2) Extract Provide Purchase Specification/Inputs to purchase team.
- 3) Study the project specifications, find out special requirements provide compliance for the same.
- 4) Able to do the mechanical design calculations independently.
- 5) Station drawings, BOM, design calculations checking- Approval, IBR Manufacturing.

Key Skills

- 1) Ability to review/check design calculations, Drawing BOM s.
- 2) Able to extract purchase specifications release purchase requisition to purchase department.
- 3) Awareness of ASME, ASTM, ISO, IS, DIN, EN engineering standards.
- 4) Awareness of Casting,



Forging, Fabrication Process Machining Process.
- 5) Should have positive knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance Stack up Analysis It s understanding.
- 6) Should have piping it s fabrication knowledge.

Relevant Industry

Valve, Pump, Pressure vessels, Boiler, Turbo Machinery Piping skids. (Experience in project-based industry is preferred).
