Qualification : B.E Mechanical

Relevant Industry : Control Valves, Pump, Pressure vessels, Boiler, Turbo Machinery Piping skids. (Experience in project-based industry is preferred).

Experience Required : 2-3 years

Job Description

- Review and analyze customer specifications, technical requirements, and project documents to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Prepare technical datasheets for Control Valves, Blowdown Valves, Desuperheaters, and Ball Valves based on process conditions and project requirements.
- Perform control valve sizing and Kv/Cv calculations based on process parameters such as flow rate, pressure drop, temperature, and fluid properties.
- Select appropriate valve accessories (positioners, actuators, limit switches, solenoid valves, air sets, etc.) based on application and control philosophy.
- Review customer comments and provide technical responses,



ensuring timely resolution and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Interpret/read PIDs and related engineering drawings required for valve selection.

Required Skill Set

- Ability to review/study customer specifications Process Parameter Understanding.
- Familiarity with Standards Engineering Codes like ASME, ASTM, ISO, IS, DIN, EN, API, etc.
- Valve Selection Application Engineering Knowledge required.
- Required Knowledge of Valve Accessories like actuators, positioners, solenoid valves, limit switches, air filter regulators, and other valve accessories.
- Capability to review customer comments, provide technical clarifications, and resolve queries effectively.
