Department -Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics & Warehouse Management

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure proper implementation of logistics and warehousing SOPs.
- Maintain warehouse hygiene and ensure adherence to 5S standards at all times.
- Coordinate receipt, storage, stacking, and dispatch of materials as per approved layouts and SOPs.
- Ensure protected loading and unloading practices to minimize stock damages.

2. SAP & Documentation Management

- Maintain accurate records in SAP Logistics/Warehousing modules.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, delivery challans, LR copies, dockets, and related documentation.
- Maintain records of demo materials and track movement until delivery to the end customer.
- Maintain SRN records and ensure compliance with prescribed SOPs.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor inventory levels and stock ageing within approved limits.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Ensure nil damaged stock through proper handling, storage, loading, and unloading practices.
- Identify near-expiry inventory and coordinate with Sales teams for liquidation planning.

4. Dispatch & Transportation Management

- Coordinate with customers before dispatch and ensure timely deliveries.




- Coordinate with factory logistics teams for dispatches against approved orders.
- Prepare optimized route plans to minimize transportation costs.
- Negotiate with transporters and monitor freight costs within approved budgets.
- Ensure proper deliveries to all locations while adhering to company dispatch SOPs.

5. Compliance & Commercial Operations

- Ensure GST compliance, including APOB and related statutory requirements.
- Verify vendor bills, freight claims, and ensure proper TDS deductions before processing payments.
- Ensure BBND cases are closed within the stipulated timeline.
- Handle customer complaints and sales escalations promptly.

6. Reporting & Audit Support

- Prepare and submit monthly logistics and warehousing MIS reports within prescribed timelines.
- Report shortages, excess quantities, or damages with complete supporting documentation.
- Support internal and external audits and provide required records and explanations.

Qualification - Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

PG Qualification

- Post Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certification in Supply Chain Management or SAP will be preferred.
