Position Summary
Nirman Greens is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage inventory, material handling, stock control, and store operations for ongoing real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely material availability, coordinating with procurement and site teams, and minimizing material wastage.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management
• Manage day-to-day store operations at project sites and head office stores.
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, transfers, and stock balances.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of construction materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Material Receipt & Issue
• Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Issue materials against approved requisition slips and maintain documentation.
• Track material consumption and report variances to management.

Coordination & Documentation
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Site Engineers, and Vendors for material requirements.
• Maintain inward/outward registers, stock ledgers, and inventory reports.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding shortages, damages, or rejected materials.




• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.

Compliance & Safety
• Ensure proper handling and protected storage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
• Adhere to company policies, audit requirements, and safety standards.
• Minimize material losses, damages, and wastage.

Qualification
• Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
• Knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel is preferred.

Experience
• 3-4 years of experience as Store Incharge, Store Keeper, Inventory Executive, or similar role in Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Experience handling construction materials such as cement, steel, tiles, electrical and plumbing materials, tools, and equipment will be preferred.
