- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and shipping of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and shortages. Safety and Compliance
- Enforce safety guidelines and procedures to create a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies related to manufacturing operations. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives.

- Expertise in managing and overseeing the fabrication process, ensuring quality and efficiency.




- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, machinery, and tools used in manufacturing and assembly.
- Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards within a fabrication environment. Soft Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively to meet tight deadlines.

- Education: BE (Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronics) OR MSc (Instrumentation).
- Experience: 2 - 4 years Compensation & Benefits:
