We are looking for a highly skilled Product Compliance / Product Stewardship Specialist with strong hands-on experience in global environmental and material compliance regulations. The role focuses on executing compliance assessments, supplier declaration management, material compliance analysis, and regulatory support for industrial and electrical/electronic products.

This is an execution-oriented role requiring practical compliance experience rather than policy, ESG, sustainability consulting, or EHS-focused backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute product compliance assessments against global regulations such as REACH, RoHS, TSCA, Prop65, POP, ODS, and related environmental regulations.
- Manage end-to-end compliance workflows across product portfolios.
- Collect, review, validate, and maintain supplier material declarations.
- Perform substance screening, threshold analysis, and BOM-level compliance assessments.
- Coordinate with suppliers for declaration collection, clarification, and compliance evidence.
- Interpret compliance data and assess product-level regulatory impact.
- Support customer compliance requests, declarations, and regulatory inquiries.




- Maintain compliance information in SAP EHSM, Enovia, PLM, or related systems.
- Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
- Support compliance testing activities with external laboratories when required.
