" Roles and Responsibilities

- BMS design and execution & commissioning of the projects on site with overall execution targets across various sites project client sites. Qualifications & Skills: Qualifications Required:
- Education: BE Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronic
- Relevant Experience: 2-4 years Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems including Centralized HVAC systems with Chillers, Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, VFDs, Boilers, etc.
- Good knowledge of third-party interfaces like BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC, Ethernet etc.
- Basic knowledge on operation of VFDs and executed the experience on executing BMS projects independently.
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm System, Security and ACCESS control system will be an added advantage
- Experience in the PLC systems
- Basic knowledge of HVAC system and Electrical works Mandatory
- Proficient in working on Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Experience
- Exposure to turnkey projects and proposal for Industrial and BMS solutions
- BMS, design, commissioning or engineering.




- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio will be an added advantage. Soft Skills:
- Should possess good communication skills (English - Verbal and Written)
- Should be a team player (worked in team of size min 5)
- Should appreciate importance of Standards and processes and compliance to same
- Should be ready to travel on short notice
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative setting is essential. Compensation & Benefits:
