;Responsibilities
- ;Prepare programs and setup for SMT Pick Place machines

- ;Prepare setup for SMT Printer, 2D 3D AOI, Reflow Profile, Laser Marking Machine, Robotic Soldering Machine, and Wave Soldering Machine

- ;Receive Pick Place data, Laser Artwork, and Laser sign off drawings and understand requirements

- ;Collect part list, BOM, master samples, test group details, stencil, wave pallet, jigs, and fixture list from engineering

- ;Perform printer and Pick Place machine programming, setup, validation, and verification

- ;Perform reflow profile setting, validation, verification, and execution

- ;Program and fine tune 3D AOI machines with proper setup validation

- ;Program and validate Pre-wave AOI systems

- ;Configure WSM profile settings, validation, execution, and troubleshooting for defect reduction

- ;Program and fine tune Post-wave 2D AOI systems

- ;Perform laser machine programming, fixture setup, validation, and print verification as per drawings

- ;Perform robotic soldering machine programming, fixture setup, validation, and verification

- ;Ensure zero accidents in the work area by following safety standards

- ;Provide CAPA for in process defects, FQC issues, and customer complaints

- ;Attend and prepare data for daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings





- ;Ensure 100% document receipt and maintenance

- ;Ensure timely completion of machine programs and setups

- ;Support multi-skilling initiatives and backup resource planning

- ;Maintain 6S standards and achieve target scores for respective sections

;Competencies
- ;PCBA manufacturing experience of 3 to 5 years

- ;Strong technical understanding and practical skills in Pick Place machines, Laser machines, Stencil printers, Reflow ovens, WSM, 2D 3D AOI systems, and Robotic soldering machines

- ;Machine validation and troubleshooting skills for defect minimization

- ;Understanding of operational processes in electronics manufacturing

- ;Reflow and WSM profile setting skills

- ;Experience working with ERP systems

- ;Knowledge of manual assembly and wave soldering profile setting and troubleshooting

- ;Hands on experience in PPAP, PFMEA, Control Charts, and Work Instructions

- ;Ability to understand product and component drawings

- ;Knowledge of IPC standards

- ;Knowledge of ESD standards

- ;Troubleshooting knowledge of manufacturing machines

- ;Robust analytical and problem solving skills

- ;Ability to coordinate with production and engineering teams

- ;Attention to detail and process compliance awareness
