You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on best practices, and oversee the development process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Robust understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.

Experience with application design and development methodologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within ServiceNow.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
