Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Ability to design and implement scalable software components within complex systems.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in enterprise environments.

Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within ServiceNow platforms.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
