Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Design and develop applications based on business requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Create technical specifications and design documents

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards





Perform unit testing and debugging of applications

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Train and mentor junior team members Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management

Experience with IT service management processes and best practices

Strong understanding of application design principles and patterns

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with external systems

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies

Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices

Experience with ServiceNow development and customization

Knowledge of database concepts and SQL

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
