Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.

Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Familiarity with integration of enterprise content management systems.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.

This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
