Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, while also creating automation strategies and automated scripts. You will support data and setting configuration, participate in code reviews, and monitor and report defects to facilitate continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Assist in developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Robust understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.

Familiarity with Agile development processes and continuous integration practices.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
