As a Salesforce AI Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure Salesforce applications while serving as the primary technical point of contact for your team. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical solutions, resolving complex development challenges, and supporting delivery timelines. Roles &

Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Salesforce development. Lead the design, development, and configuration of Salesforce applications. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned workstreams. Guide and support developers through technical decision-making. Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.



Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such as Copado AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms. Collaborate with functional consultants, testers, and business analysts. Provide solutions to technical problems within the team and across dependent teams. Participate in design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions. Support estimation, sprint planning, and delivery commitments. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities. Monitor development progress and proactively identify risks or dependencies. Ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of delivered solutions.
