Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.

Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to align with business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP financial modules.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
