GECPL – East Africa Project Project Details: High-Rise Residential & Commercial Development comprising multiple residential towers, commercial facilities and associated infrastructure works.

Note: Only candidates with relevant experience in high-rise residential and commercial construction projects in East Africa/African countries will be considered. Candidates who do not meet these essential criteria will not be shortlisted for this position.

Project

Manager – with 15–20 yrs exp. in EPC / Design & Build / Infrastructure / Building Construction, in high-rise residential complexes, townships, commercial buildings & similar large-scale developments, incl. min. 5 yrs as Project Manager on large, multidisciplinary projects managing multiple contractors. International project exposure and demonstrated experience in commercial, contractual and project governance preferred. International EPC project exposure preferred in East African countries.

Qualification: BE-Civil or Construction Management (mandatory); Master's degree or MBA preferred. PMP certification or equivalent preferred. 2.

Resident Construction

Manager (RCM) – with 15–18 yrs exp. in EPC / high-rise residential complexes, townships, commercial buildings, infrastructure or industrial projects, with min. 5 yrs in a Resident or Senior Construction Manager role. International EPC project exposure preferred in East African countries.

Qualification:



BE-Civil or Construction Management or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3.

Senior

Architect – Min. 5–10 yrs exp. with demonstrated exposure to large-scale residential & commercial construction — high-rise residential complexes, townships & commercial buildings — within EPC project environments.

Qualification: B.Arch or M.Arch mandatory with required software knowledge as applicable.

- Manager – Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain – Min. 8–15 yrs exp. in procurement, supply chain and logistics within EPC, infrastructure, industrial, high-rise residential or Design & Build projects, including experience in a procurement leadership role on large, multidisciplinary projects. Vendor onboarding and managing local supplies including Supply chain management Qualification: BE-Civil/Mech or Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration; Master's/MBA preferred.

Supply Chain

Management experience and knowledge mandatory especially for East African countries.

- Manager (Project Controls) - 12–18 yrs exp. in Project Controls, Planning, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring within EPC, high-rise residential, infrastructure or industrial projects. International project exposure preferred.

Qualification: BE-Civil or Construction Management. Primavera P6 proficiency mandatory. PMP and Project Controls certifications preferred.

- Manager (Planning & Billing) - 10–15 yrs exp. in Planning,



Billing and Project Monitoring for EPC, high-rise residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.

Qualification: BE or Diploma - Civil. Primavera P6 and advanced MS Excel knowledge mandatory.

- Engineer (Planning & Billing) - 4–8 yrs exp. in Planning, Billing and Project Coordination within EPC, building construction or infrastructure projects.

Qualification: BE or Diploma Civil. Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Excel preferred.

- Manager (HSE) - 12–15 yrs exp. in Construction Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) within EPC, infrastructure, industrial or high-rise building projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering with NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent HSE qualification mandatory. Additional international safety certifications preferred.

- Manager – QA/QC - 12–15 yrs exp. in Quality Assurance & Quality Control within EPC, high-rise residential, commercial, infrastructure or industrial construction projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Qualification: BE or Diploma in Civil. Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) certification preferred. Additional certifications in Quality Management Systems will be an added advantage.

- Engineer – QA/QC - 4–8 yrs exp. in QA/QC for EPC, high-rise residential, commercial, infrastructure or industrial construction projects.

Qualification: BE or Diploma Civil.
