About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow CoE - Training & Curriculum Leader to join our team at LTM. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for owning the capability build agenda within the ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE). Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing role-based learning paths, certification plans, mentoring programs, and enablement content that accelerate practice readiness across multiple ServiceNow modules and offerings.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring our teams are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow ecosystem enablement, instructional design, and stakeholder management. You will collaborate closely with CoE leadership and capability leads to forecast skill demand, develop training roadmaps, and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

Your efforts will directly contribute to standardizing training programs, increasing certification throughput, and building a robust SME bench for critical project deliveries.





Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 8-12+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years dedicated to the ServiceNow ecosystem. A deep understanding of ServiceNow products, modules, and certification landscape is essential. The candidate should have demonstrated expertise in instructional design, curriculum planning, and adult learning techniques, with a proven track record of managing enablement and learning & development initiatives within a complex organization.

Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and experience in developing scalable enablement programs are critical. A background in platform governance and delivery assurance will be considered a plus, as it enhances the ability to align training programs with organizational standards and best practices.

Responsibilities Build and maintain structured curricula tailored for onboarding, developer, consultant, and architect pathways, along with offering-specific tracks across ServiceNow modules.

Establish comprehensive certification and assessment plans, including CSA, CAD, CIS, and micro-certifications, defining prerequisites and progression pathways to ensure continuous skill development.

Lead mentoring programs, office hours, technical talks, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning and enablement.





Create and implement measurement frameworks to monitor training attendance, pass rates, competency coverage, and the overall health of the skill matrix within the organization.

Partner with CoE leadership and capability leads to forecast future skill demands, develop training roadmaps, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Drive the adoption of adult learning techniques and instructional design best practices to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

Manage stakeholder expectations, gather feedback, and continuously improve the curriculum and enablement initiatives based on evolving business needs.
