-CTEM Program Leadership*: Design, implement, and mature a Continuous Threat Exposure Management program aligned to business risk

- VA / VM Management*: End-to-end Vulnerability Assessment and Vulnerability Management lifecycle - discovery, scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking, reporting
- Risk Prioritization*: Correlate exposures with threat intel, business context, and exploitability to drive remediation
- Customer Engagement*: Act as technical SME for international customers in UK, US, and global accounts. Lead QBRs, risk reviews, and board-level reporting
- Process & Metrics*: Define SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards for exposure reduction. Drive automation in scanning and ticketing workflows
- Team Guidance*: Mentor SOC, GRC, and Infra teams. Work under CISO guidance to align with overall security strategy
