Job Title: CRM & Operations

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Qualification: MBA / BBA / Any Graduate

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM & Operations to support our CRM management and business operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess positive communication skills, and have basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and company information.
- Update company details such as company name, website, turnover, and address.
- Maintain contact details of Purchase, Accounts, HR, Director, and Design departments, including name, mobile number, email ID, and birth date.
- Record and update information about design software used by customers (Creo, NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Add new customer records and maintain existing CRM data.
- Assist in entering and tracking new orders and renewal orders.
- Log, monitor, and follow up on support calls and internal tasks.
- Maintain proper account mapping and CRM data organization.




- Generate basic CRM reports for internal review.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Support teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of CRM tools and data management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.

Eligibility

- MBA (Pursuing/Final Year), BBA, or Any Graduate.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
