The Role

We're looking for a CRM Manager/ System Analyst to own the entire revenue funnel before a customer enters our book.

This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of data, systems, operations, and revenue. You'll work with multiple tools (HubSpot, Airtable, email tools, internal databases) to ensure every lead, referral, and opportunity is cleanly structured, traceable, and scalable.

You'll be responsible for designing how new products live outside the core product — and making sure all systems talk to each other correctly, without duplicates, gaps, or broken logic.

This is a systems thinker role for someone who enjoys structuring chaos into clean, reliable flows.

What You'll Do

Own the revenue funnel from lead creation to book entry





Design and maintain data schemas

Ensure clean data flow across HubSpot, Airtable, email tools, and internal systems

Prevent duplicates, data mismatches, and broken logic across tools

Build and maintain flow charts, CJMs, and system diagrams reflecting real operations

Ensure all stakeholder requirements are accounted for (sales, ops, risk, finance)

Support launch of new revenue products using no-code / low-code tools before full product integration

Write and run SQL queries (BigQuery) to validate data, funnels, and edge cases

Use basic Python for data checks, transformations, or automation where needed

Collaborate closely with Revenue, Product, Ops, and Tech teams to ensure scalability

Act as the single source of truth for how leads move through systems and processes

What You Bring

Proven experience with HubSpot & Airtable and other CRM and ops tools.

Strong systems thinking, you naturally break problems into flows, tables, and logic

Experience designing databases / data structures (tables, relations, IDs, scenarios)

Robust SQL skills and experience with BigQuery

Basic Python for data handling or automation

High attention to detail, you notice edge cases others miss

Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Comfort operating between tech, ops, and business teams

Fluent English (written & spoken)

Nice to Have

Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops

Fintech, SaaS, or marketplace background

Experience documenting systems and processes at scale

Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, webhooks)
