Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and customers.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Generate CRM reports and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of CRM or customer support experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
