CRM Manager (Registry and Post-Sales) ioversees client life cycles from booking to property registration. He/She will manage legal documentation, payment collections, agreement execution, and property registry processes while serving as the primary bridge between buyers, accounts, and legal teams.

Responsibilities : Registry & Documentation: Coordinate execution of Allotment Letters, Buyers Agreements (ATS), and final sale deed/registry papers with sub-registrar offices and legal teams .

Post-Sales Lifecycle: Handle the end-to-end customer journey post-booking, including demand note generation, payment tracking, transfer cases, and final possession handovers

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, accounts, and legal departments to resolve client disputes, explicit dues, and fast-track clearance for property registration

Grievance Resolution: Address client escalations regarding delayed registries,



payment receipts, or structural handover issues with an emphasis on customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile : Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Experience: 4 to 12 years of post-sales or CRM experience specifically within the real estate sector. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM/ERP tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or customized real estate software) and advanced Excel Compliance & Legal Acumen: Clear understanding of local property laws, stamp duty, registry processes, and RERA/GST guidelines. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities paired with multi-language fluency
