We are a premium leather shoe brand based in Agra. With our independent shoemaking expertise and an emphasis on direct customer relations, we create high quality handmade leather shoes in the region.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Relations

- Manage and respond to customer queries through email, Instagram and website chats.
- Assist customers with product specific inquiries such as size chart, leather care etc.

Order Management

- Track customer orders placed in our showrooms and workshop and update them regarding the status of the same.

Other Duties

- Handle customer returns and exchanges smoothly
- Help resolve queries and concerns related to post-purchase deliveries
- Ensure that our CRM database is updated with relevant customer information
- Provide feedback to the production team on customer preferences





Who Are We Looking For?

Education & Experience:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Communication

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi

Soft Skills

- Customer oriented personality with good organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer fundamentals
- Patience, positive observation and learning skills

Location

- Must be available to work from office in Agra on a full time basis
