Credit Process Intern – International Education Loans Location: Mumbai

Internship: Full-time Are you detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career in the fintech and lending industry? Join our International Education Loans team as a Credit Process Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the end-to-end credit operations process for students pursuing higher education abroad. Key Responsibilities

Handle and resolve login-related queries for international education loan applications.

Manage and coordinate disbursement-related queries, ensuring timely resolution.

Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain accurate application records.

Update case status in real time across internal systems.

Initiate Field Investigation (FI) requests as part of the verification process.

Perform RCU (Risk Containment Unit) checks for sanctioned loan applications.

Generate manual CIBIL reports whenever required.

Conduct follow-up calls with disbursed applicants to track visa status, admission deferments, and travel plans.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Maintain high standards of accuracy,



documentation, and process compliance. Who We're Looking For

Recent graduates or students pursuing/completing a bachelor's or master's degree.

Strong communication skills in English Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and email.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Skills

Familiarity with education loans, banking, financial services, or fintech is an advantage.

Experience with MIS reporting or data management is a plus.
