Role: Credit Manager |Grade: M7/M8| Location: Mumbai

Job role

- Handling a team of credit analysts
- Prioritization of proposals in consultation with business team
- Guide the team of credit analysts to write better quality notes and effective monitoring
- Vetting of Credit Appraisal notes prepared by credit analysts
- Discuss with senior members of business team on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments/ structuring of the proposal, transaction
- Assist the credit analysts to formulate credit recommendation in the note.
- Closely monitoring of portfolio along with team of credit analysts
- Escalate with action plan for non-compliances and early warning signals
- Meeting the clients on regular basis to know the updates
- Networking within various departments of the bank/ taking reference checks from other banks

Job req
- Experience required for the Job: At least 10+ years in Credit Underwriting.
- CA / MBA
- Valuable understanding of Accounting Standards, Balance Sheet Analysis.
- Knowledge of RBI regulations, SEBI and other statutory bodies requirements.
- Good interaction and communication ability.
- Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
