Role Description This is a full time, on-site Credit Controller role based in Saraswati Vihar.

The Credit

Controller will manage customer accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with company policies. Daily tasks include reviewing aged debt reports, contacting customers to resolve overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and updating account records in the finance systems. The role also involves working closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts, support month-end processes, and help improve cash flow through effective credit management. The individual will handle queries professionally, maintain accurate documentation,



and contribute to continuous improvement of credit control procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong credit control and credit management skills, with the ability to assess and monitor customer creditworthiness.
- Experience in debt collection and managing debtors, including following up on overdue accounts and negotiating repayment arrangements.
- Solid understanding of finance principles and basic accounting practices relevant to credit and collections.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused and professional approach.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a credit control or similar finance role is preferred; relevant certification or a degree in finance, accounting, or business is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Saraswati Vihar, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and uphold company policies and compliance standards.
