Role & responsibilities

- Deliver training programs for credit card sales, products, processes, and compliance.

- Conduct induction training for new hires and refresher training for existing employees.

- Train teams on product features, sales techniques, customer service, and objection handling.

- Assess trainee performance through tests, role plays, and on-the-job observations.

- Identify training needs and recommend improvement plans.

- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and manuals.

- Monitor post-training performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.

- Ensure all training complies with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Coordinate with operations and sales managers to meet business objectives.

- Maintain training records and submit regular training reports.





Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

- 25 years of experience in credit card sales, banking, financial services, or training.

- Prior experience as a trainer in the BFSI/credit card industry is preferred.

- Robust communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Good knowledge of credit card products, sales processes, and banking regulations.

- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams.

- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Willing to travel, if required.
