Role Overview We are looking for a high-ownership Creator Partnerships Manager to scale our creator-led growth engine. This role will be responsible for building meaningful creator relationships, driving highperforming campaigns, and turning influencer marketing into a key revenue channel.
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of creative instinct, commercial acumen, and execution excellence—someone who can think like a marketer and operate like a deal-maker.
Key Responsibilities Creator Strategy & Growth
- Build and scale a high-impact influencer marketing roadmap aligned with brand and revenue goals
- Identify key creator cohorts (micro, macro, UGC creators) and define platform-wise strategy
Creator Sourcing & Evaluation
- Review and finalize creators sourced by the team based on audience quality, engagement, content fit, and cost efficiency
- Continuously build a strong pipeline of niche and high-performing creators
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Define deliverables, timelines, and content expectations for each campaign
- Manage end-to-end execution across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Negotiation & Commercial Ownership
- Lead negotiations with creators and agencies to close cost-effective and scalable deals
- Structure long-term partnerships and retainers with top-performing creators
Content Direction & Scripting
- Write scripts, briefs, and hooks tailored to each creator and platform
- Ensure content balances brand storytelling with platform-native authenticity
Performance Marketing Integration
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to drive conversions via influencer content
- Track metrics like CAC, ROAS, engagement, and conversion rates
Insights & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for scale and efficiency
- Stay on top of platform trends, creator formats, and consumer behavior shifts
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media

- Robust understanding of social media platforms, creator economy, and content trends
- Proven track record of executing high-impact influencer campaigns with measurable ROI
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong content sensibility with hands-on experience in scripting or creative direction
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance
